What Happens Next podcast

We're making change

We’re thrilled to be featured in the first episode of the new Monash University podcast series – What Happens Next? – which explores the big themes of our times.

Tying into Monash University’s “If you don’t like it, Change it” campaign, the series is hosted by academic and media commentator, Dr Susan Carland.

Featuring Monash University experts working across different disciplines, the first episode, entitled Trash Talk, explores the gnarly issues of waste and how researchers like BehaviourWorks’ plastics expert, Kim Borg, and food waste researcher, Mark Boulet, are making a difference.

The series, which will go on to explore themes such as modern slavery and the rise of right-wing extremism, not only paints a big picture of the problem but provides insights on what we, as individuals, can do to drive change.
