Malaika develops creative and engaging content to support researchers in translating scientific knowledge to government and industry practitioners seeking impactful change.

Malaika began her journey at BehaviourWorks Australia as a Research Communications Intern in December 2020 and was later appointed the role of full-time Communications Officer in August 2021 where she continues to support in developing research translation and dissemination outputs.

Malaika has previously worked as a freelance content writer, copywriter and Thai to English translator, for a number of organisations from her home country in Thailand. She had recently completed the Masters of Environment and Sustainability at Monash University.

Malaika is fascinated by behaviour change and behavioural science and its role shaping a better future for people and planet.
