Morgan sits within BWA’s Social and Finance portfolio and draws on his training in psychology to apply a behaviour change lens to organisational culture, particularly in regards to safety and risk.

Morgan is a social and cultural psychologist with a Bachelor degree in Psychological Science (BPsySc) and a PhD in Social Psychology, both from The University of Queensland. He completed a postdoctoral research position at the London School of Economics and Political Science at the juncture of social and cultural psychologies.
Morgan joined BehaviourWorks in 2018. Previously a Postdoctoral Research Officer in the Department of Psychological and Behaviour Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science, Morgan is now working as a Researcher in Residence with The Shannon Company.
